Refund Policy

Effective October 21, 2026

30-day full refund

If LeadToShowing isn't worth it to you, for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. The refund covers everything paid in that period: the US$497 setup fee and your first monthly payment. No questions asked.

After 30 days

You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. Payments already made after the first 30 days are not refunded, and the Service stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

How to request a refund or cancel

Reply to any email from us, or write to [email protected]. You can also contact Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, through the link in your receipt. Refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
