Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data LeadToShowing, operated by P&P SOLUCOES E ASSESSORIA LTDA ("we"), collects and how it is used.
Data we collect
- From our customers (agents): name, email, business details, booking link, reply preferences and the active-listings list you provide during setup.
- From leads forwarded to the Service: the contents of lead notifications and replies, such as name, email, phone number, property of interest and answers to qualifying questions.
- Payment data: handled entirely by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. We do not see or store card numbers.
- Website: this website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
Lead data is used only to reply to the lead, ask the qualifying questions you approved, offer booking times and send you a summary. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or contact your leads for any other purpose.
Service providers
To run the Service we use providers for workflow automation, email delivery, AI text generation and hosting. They process data only on our instructions. Data may be processed in the United States, Brazil and other countries where these providers operate.
Retention and deletion
Lead data is kept while your subscription is active so the Service can continue conversations. When you cancel, your account data and your leads' data are deleted within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or tax reasons. You can ask us to delete a specific lead's data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it or delete it by emailing [email protected]. If you are a lead who received a message through the Service, you can reply "stop" to end the conversation, or email us to have your data deleted.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to what is needed to run the Service.
